Terms of use

The following conditions contain the terms of use that apply between you and us, the company Haarhoff GmbH, Hauptstraße 77-79, 51373 Leverkusen in connection with the online shop "www.kronos-brandshop.com".

The use of our online shop is reserved exclusively for employees of Kronos Titan GmbH and Kronos International who have a valid and authorised employee account or private account. The data required to set up your employee account or private account will be provided to us by Kronos Titan GmbH or Kronos International.

As soon as we have set up your account, you will receive an e-mail from us with your access data (user name and password). User name and password must be kept secret and must not be disclosed or made accessible to third parties, including other employees of Kronos Titan GmbH or Kronos International. With your access data, you can log in at any time via your employee account or private account and order goods in our online shop.

Use of the online shop is permitted for both business and private purposes (e.g. consumables, advertising materials, branded clothing, etc.). Orders placed for business purposes are made on behalf of and for the account of Kronos Titan GmbH or Kronos International; the responsible cost centre must be specified when ordering. The costs for your business order (purchase price, packaging and shipping costs) will be invoiced by us to Kronos Titan GmbH or Kronos International and charged to the cost centre specified by you. Private orders are placed in your own name, the costs for private orders (purchase price, packaging and shipping costs) are to be borne by you.

If we realise during the processing of your order that the goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. If the goods delivered by us are defective, please inform us by e-mail, stating the order number and a detailed description of the defect. Please enclose photographs in which the defect can be recognised. We will then contact you and, at our discretion, either rectify the defect or supply you with new, defect-free goods.
